Canada Oshawa, OntarioOrganizing unique local performances and highlighting talent in Durham Region. Created by Lorna Castaneda Brain in 2012.
Our vision is to bring popular arias and broadway selections to Oshawa area residents as well as to showcase local area singers. Since our first performance in 2012, as participants in the Concerts in the Park series at the Memorial Park Bandshell, our audiences have grown considerably, and we performed to our largest audience in 2018. We have also had performers from our group featured at other venues in the Durham Region, including Oshawa's Parkwood Estate and Regent Theatre. We hope to take part in other concert series in the near future, as we strive to inspire audiences with unique and compelling performances.
