Darland Community Theatre is an amateur dramatic, community theatre group based in Wrexham that performs plays twice a year. We perform on the stage at Darland School in Rossett, hence the name and we normally put on a play in the spring, around March and also in the late Autumn/early Winter in November.

Grove Park Theatre is Wrexham’s oldest amateur theatre and is based in the town centre. We aim to provide the community of Wrexham with good value entertainment of a consistently high standard. Our shows range from comedy, drama and suspense through to costume plays, pantomimes and musicals.
We are run entirely by volunteers and are always keen to welcome new members in both the adult and youth sections. Whether you want to appear on stage or help behind the scenes, there is room for you at Grove Park.

We are a self funding amateur theatre company in Wrexham North Wales with 6 productions per year in the Wrexham area.
Award winning LimeLight Productions Wrexham produce 6 shows per year in and around the Wrexham are. Offering youth theatre for ages 3 to 18 years, plus adult membership. Well known for providing first class musical shows,plays and entertainment in the community.Classes Held for ages 3 to 17 years at our own studio and music rooms. During these classes children enjoy tuition in all aspects of performance covering singing, dancing, drama, and much more, whilst having fun. Working towards performance in their own shows. Entertaining out in the community at local carnivals, fetes and private functions. All tutors are qualified & CRB checked.
We also have our adult performers who meet every Tuesday evening at 8.00pm to rehearse for their shows. Performing in Musicals and plays.
LimeLight has something for everyone! No audition necessary, as training is given along the way to inexperienced performers. A great way to meet new friends with the same interests.

As a Theatre Group, New Start relies on teamwork to achieve, maintain and push forward the standards of production we uphold. As well as the singers and dancers who perform, we have a vital team of willing members undertaking admin tasks, selling tickets, planning and co-ordinating 'props' and costumes, building scenery, publicity and so much more!

Wrexham Musical Theatre Society

Established in 1942, the society is 68 years strong. Now based at its headquarters in Wrexham town centre, the society aims to put on regular productions, be it either musical or straight-play. The headquarters boasts dual-purpose studio theatre/function room, 2 bars, an extensive wardrobe, scenic and property workshop & storage and car parking for up to 32 vehicles. As a studio theatre the room can accommodate up to a 120 seated audience capacity, and a layout customisable to any desired function. As well as hosting its own productions and various touring acts and performances, the society puts on large-scale productions at the Stiwt Theatre, Rhos. The society's social committee also presents charity concerts and other events at our facilities.
Wrexham Musical Theatre Society is always looking for enthusiastic people to join us and become members. Any age, any interest, any background - you will be warmly welcomed
