We are Arbroath Musical Society, based in Arbroath, Angus, Scotland, we are a musical theatre company for ages 15 upwards, AMS perform a musical normally at the beginning of the month of February every year and the occasional concert etc. We strive to perform likeable musicals to a near professional standard, and have been performing to the Arbroath and surrounding public for well over 100 years! Thomson-Leng Musical Society (TLMS) was founded in 1964 by D.C. Thomson and Co. Ltd. as an opportunity for the workforce to gather together and have fun staging amateur musical productions. Membership is now open to all and we have an active membership staging between 2 and 3 productions a year including our Pantomime in December. Thomson-Leng Youth Music Theatre was formed in 1998 as a youth group under the parentage of Thomson-Leng Musical Society. We have a large (100+) membership and produce 2-3 quality musical productions each year. Older members also frequently perform with Thomson-Leng Musical Society.
