Larne Drama Circle was formed in 1949, and meets every Thursday evening (Sept-March) in it's custom built studio in the Larne Museum and Arts Centre, Victoria Road, Larne. We have a sizable collection of props, costumes and plays. Our Thursday nights mostly consist of rehearsed play readings, but we also host theatre workshops and visits from other theatre companies or guests. Every year we produce and perform two plays, each playing over 3 nights in McNeill Theatre, Larne, usually to a full house each night. Our society comprises members of all ages and skills, but we're always keen to welcome new members to our growing ranks. If you are interested in performing, producing, or tackling some of the varied and challenging behind the scenes roles, or maybe just enjoying our private readings, please get in touch to find out when we're next meeting.
