CLOC Musical Theatre is one of Australia's largest and most successful non-professional music theatre companies.
CLOC auditions twice a year, normally in June and November. Auditions are carried out at CLOC Central, 32 Dane Road, Moorabbin,Victoria, Australia. CLOC auditions are a closed initial audition in front of an independent audition panel usually comprising the Director, Musical Director and Choreographer, with one of the CLOC Management team as the Chairperson. Call Backs and Dance auditions are mostly open auditions in front of the same audition panel.
CLOC Musical Theatre promotes an inclusive environment and welcomes all ethnicities, sizes, age ranges and genders to audition for its productions
Rehearsals are at the same venue as auditions and are normally Monday and Wednesday nights 7:30pm- 10:30pm and Sunday afternoons between 1:00pm and 5:00pm. All cast must be available for every rehearsal including a minimum of two rehearsal weekends.

CPP Community Theatre Inc. (formerly Croydon Parish Players) is a not-for-profit theatre group encouraging an appreciation and understanding of dramatic art. We normally present 2 shows a year: A play, which is performed in May, and a musical in October. And we also have an a Capella choir. We provide opportunities for our members to improve, develop and/or vary their dramatic skill. We operate in a Christian manner, nurturing friendship, support and care for members and their families.
We may come together as individuals, but as one group we work toward a common goal. That goal is to put together a performance that is enjoyed by our audience, gives pride to all of our members and participants, and encourages camaraderie between individuals who come from many a diverse background. This is achieved by many members, past and present devoting endless time and effort for this common goal.

Diamond Valley Singers was established in 1985 to provide opportunity for local performers to exercise their talents while raising money for charity.
Since its formation Diamond Valley Singers has earned a fine reputation for raising money for local and international charities while giving local performers the opportunity to participate in productions.
DVS has members of all ages, from primary school upwards. We have people from all walks of life, each bringing their own areas of expertise into the organisation and generously donating their skills when needed. We are one of the few companies in Melbourne who do not audition our chorus for musicals or our choir for oratorio. Members do not need to be able to read music to be involved.

For nearly eighty years Frankston Theatre Group has continuously provided opportunities for involvement in community theatre. Starting with a fundraising activity for the Red Cross in 1942, the group quickly developed with the enthusiastic support of the Frankston Community.
A founding member of the Victorian Drama League, FTG hosted their early one act play festivals that ran for several weeks, drawing entrants from all over the metropolitan area. The group has consistently presented three to four productions annually, including seasons of one act or short plays, providing an ideal showcase for new actors and directors.
Encouraged by their experiences in community theatre, many members have gone on to undertake formal studies and pursue professional careers in the performing arts.
