Ucheldre Centre, Millbank, Holyhead, LL65 1TE

The Ucheldre Repertory Company is the resident theatre company at the Ucheldre Centre in Holyhead on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales.
We are always pleased to hear from people who would like to join us and they would be welcome to participate in any aspect of the company. Although new actors and actresses are always welcome, a drama company cannot function without people to help with costumes, props, sets, and administration. The company meets weekly for rehearsals, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm. Rehearsal days do occasionally change, so to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to contact The Ucheldre Centre on 01407 763361 to confirm the plans for the current week.

The Unknown Theatre Company

Facebook  Twitter

Cardiff South Glamorgan

The 40 or so (at any one time) members of our main company range in age from 13-25. We also have a group - the Unknown YoYos - for around 20 members aged 8-13.
Through productions, projects and workshops, we encourage teamwork, commitment and effort.
Everyone is treated equally by the facilitators and is encouraged to co-operate with each other on the projects, thereby developing mutual respect and understanding.
The regular sessions work towards a production every six months or so, together with an increasing amount of exciting unique projects from time to time.
During the course of the year, the young people's experiences will include singing, improvisation and movement sessions.
As they progress through the company, older members are encouraged to participate in some of the decision-making and to become actively involved in all aspects of stage work: including staging, scenery, costumes and props if they wish to do so.

Tip Top Productions

Clwyd & Chester

Tip Top Productions is a community theatre company based in the heart of the City of Chester.
In August 2007 we began to lease part of the old Chester Gateway Theatre. We appreciate the support we receive from Cheshire West and Chester Council, particularly the many signposts in and around the theatre directing audiences to the Forum Studio Theatre . In 2011-12 we enjoyed audience numbers in excess of 12000 for our wide ranging programme.
Tip Top welcomes anyone irrespective of his or her experience; all we ask is commitment for whatever task you agree to carry out while working with us.
Typically our season consists of 10 productions including plays, musicals, pantomime and in June we are privileged to present a summer musical at Clwyd Theatr Cymru, Mold. We are also a receiving theatre for professional tours and other community groups.
We always need actors, singers, dancers, props makers and indeed anything that helps our productions run smoothly. We also need a team of members to help market and publicise our work; in fact, we are looking for a whole breadth of talent to join our existing core members to help us mount our shows. As we plan our forthcoming season, we particularly need someone who is interested in designing or even making sets/ scenery for our forthcoming programme.
So please, if you have done lots of amateur theatre or if you have never been involved with a theatre company before: try us; we guarantee that you will find Tip Top a rewarding group with which to create a new diversion; and you will also make new friends.
