Impact Theatre Company

Finchley

020 8343 7657
Impact Box Office:- (020 8421 6848 or 07770 914425) or Amanda Noar via email
Impact is a hugely creative and contemporary theatre company, founded by actress Amanda Noar and now in its 12th year. From humble beginnings with just a handful of locals, Impact has now evolved into a thriving and highly successful theatre company. Cast members are from all over North London, from various cultural backgrounds and of all age groups.
The company based in Finchley, North London is essentially made up of amateurs, drama students and "resting pro's". Impact prides itself on being a community orientated group and never turning anyone away, providing they are enthusiastic and willing to have a go.
Each year Impact puts together a number of activities, theatrical workshops, reviews, play readings and various fundraisers for both adults and children. The year always culminates in a major musical show. Not only well known favourites such as "Annie" and "Little Shop of Horrors" but also the lesser known avant-garde musical that gives audiences a taste of something unusual.
Impact now has a dedicated group of performers numbering between 40-60 and also a very loyal following in the community, that has resulted in sell out performances for all our shows.

There is something quite special about a group of friends who come together to entertain. In 1971 Pupils Teachers and Parents at Kingsbury High School in North West London so enjoyed a production of "The Mikado" that they wanted to go on, and KAOS was born. A number of members who were in that first show still perform with us today.
KAOS performs two staged productions each season and prides itself on the breadth of its offering, from the more traditional Operettas and American Musicals to modern shows and indeed Premieres of challenging works.
We continue to produce affordable musical theatre in our local area of North West London and look forward to welcoming you to one of our performances or perhaps as a performing member in a future show.
You can contact us using the tab above. We'd love to hear from you.

LADS was formed was formed on 6th January 1924. It's founders wished to establish a "village society" with the aim of presenting plays with 'genuine dramatic worth'. Eighty-five years later, the LADS are still going strong. Loughton can no longer truly be described as a 'village' but one thing has remained constant - that original aspiration of 'genuine dramatic worth'. LADS has about 60 members of all ages. We perform and rehearse at Lopping Hall, conveniently situated in Loughton High Road, just a few minutes walk from Loughton tube station. We produce four plays a year, ranging from classics by Shakespeare, Shaw and Arthur Miller through favourites such as When We are Married, Rebecca and Hobson\ís Choice to the latest contemporary drama. The LADS are proud of our reputation for presenting plays fresh onto the amateur circuit and so we always keep an eye on potential new releases. We were one of the first amateur companies to produce The Madness of George III, Steel Magnolias, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Amy\ís View and Proof .Why not join LADS? We're always pleased to welcome new people. Or perhaps you'd just like to come along to one of our events. For more details concerning membership, please contact our Chairman, Jean Cooper, Tel: 07896910214 lads.chairman@gmail.com

Sutton, South Wimbledon, Morden

Mayhem Musical Theatre Company (MMTC) was formed in 2006. We are based in South London and usually perform in the Sutton / Kingston / Epsom area. MMTC in its present form is a progression from a previous company called Mayhem Productions. Running successfully for ten years Mayhem Productions produced diverse and successful shows such as Little Shop of Horrors, Into the Woods, Oliver, Chess and Guys Ďní Dolls. Since MMTC was formed, we have produced a range of successful shows including We Will Rock You, Godspell, Into the Woods, Closer than Ever, Saucy Jack & the Space Vixens and Seussical the Musical.
MMTC aims to build on the solid foundation and experience developed over this time to continue to deliver accessible and innovative musical theatre in south west London.
We are an amateur company, but strive to produce theatre of a professional standard. We aim to provide high quality final productions combined with a relaxed, enjoyable and creative rehearsal process which offers a genuine opportunity for anyone interested in musical theatre - whether it is performing, directing, musical direction, dance, choreography, stage management, design, set construction, lighting, or publicity.
Any musical group revolves around its shows and membership and to that end we aim to stage two main productions a year - plus some smaller scale projects - selecting shows over the year that offer opportunities for the membership, interesting and vibrant theatre for the audience and an opportunity for the Company to grow and have a secure financial and membership base for the future. We are NODA affiliated.
