Sym X: Vengeance Synopsis
Scene 1:Sudden
Death
After awaking from his ordeal, jack has
little recollection of what happened. His protégé Jacob Cage visits him in
hospital, so does Mike Allen. Little does jack know, he is there to silence him
once and for all, a
doctor administers some medication to jack, knowing little that it is a
concoction of lethal drugs, to end his life. By this time, mike has left, but
comes back quickly acting shocked about jacks untimely death. Jacob is a little
saddened too, Mike orders Jacob to collect some of jacks DNA for to be taken
back to the lab and tested. Little realizing "someone" has
survived...
Scene 2:Reborn
Jacob awakens groggily in his apartment. He
thinks he was at a party, and believes he is hung over, but a familiar voice
tells him otherwise. And the voice tells him that, Mike Allen knows about the
"accident" and will do everything in his power to stop the knowledge
from leaking out. And the voice also tells him that he is here to stop someone
from coming back to wreak his revenge.....
Scene 3:Unwelcome
Return
Prius makes a returns from the dead, he takes over an unassuming
morticians body. He has only revenge on his mind, and that's all that he wants.
He is severely weakened and must feed. He finds his
Scene 4:Reacquainted
Riyal takes Jacob to where his friend
Joseph Becker lives. He is surprised to see him. Jacob asks him for his help,
and somewhere to hide. Riyal reveals himself to Joseph, and he is shocked that
Riyal has survived. Riyal tells Joseph, that Jack is dead, and NEI knows about
him bonding with Jacob. Nick arrives, and Jacob quickly hides. Nick asks where
Jacob is, and try's to bribe Joseph into telling him, but Joseph refuses. They
trade threats and insults until nick gives up. Jacob thanks his friend and tells
him he cant stay....
Scene 6:Dead Or
Alive
Nick is back At NEI, and tells his
paymaster that he has failed. His paymaster tells nick that everyone has there
Achilles heel, and to keep trying, and he will avenge the death of his father.
Meanwhile Jacob is on a park bench thinking of his next move, but see's what
nick is up to. He is astounded, so is riyal, and asks what they should do next.
He tells Jacob to try jacks apartment, but suddenly sees a ghost, it is jack, he follows him to his apartment. Jack tells Jacob that
"someone is watching.....
Scene 7:Old Faces
After Making an
escape from NEI, Prius is in the run, using his
ability to jump from one body to another, being pursed by NEI forces. He
doesn't waste time despatching them and the dogs, before hand telling them he
knows who sent them. Little does Jacob know that he's
is being watched by "The Council". Who are following his actions
closely... Meanwhile Jacob is sitting in bar,
pondering his next move, but he meets Prius, they
trade threats and Prius leaves. Jacob go's to seek
out the council....
Scene 8:Seeking
Council
Riyal and Jacob,
stand outside a dilapidated church, where drug addicts and homeless sleep. They
have a brief encounter with a drug addict before disappearing into the church.
Once inside they are confronted by the council, who are glad to see riyal
alive. Jacob asks for they help but, they refuse. Riyal and the council
shout at each other in there native tongue before the grand elder steps in. He
is also glad to see riyal, and thanks Jacob, who in turn asks for the councils
help, but gets the same answer as before, and warns him to be on his
guard......
Scene 9:Damage
Control
Jacob is still wondering what his next move
should be. Meanwhile Nick is comforting Jennifer about Jacob, but his true
motive is to manipulate her to find out where he is. Prius
attacks the disused nuclear plant, and absorbs the energy. Jacob confronts him,
Prius doesn't see Jacob as a threat and dismisses
him, and fires at random buildings. Somehow Jacob knows something has happened
to him and changes the color of his eyes, and to sets
out to defeat him....
Scene 10:When one
is called
After rescuing Jennifer from nick and
healing her, he knows something has changed about him, and is not afraid.
Joseph appears and tells him that NEI are hunting him. Jacob tells Joseph why
he is on the run. Prius once again shows himself, and
try's to goat Jacob into a fight. Jacob confronts him
and banishes him to the desert. Prius refuses to
believe that Jacob has defeated him, and vows to escape, and kill him. Jacob
knows to defeat Prius once and for all he must seek
out the temple of the ascended ones. Riyal is astounded Jacob knows this, and
tells him only the council knows.....
Scene 11:Ascension
Once inside the temple, Jacob is greeted by
a ascended one, and tells him he knows about Prius, and agrees he must be stopped. Jacob once again asks
to involve the council but to no avail,and
there is only one solution. Jacob cant shake the
feeling something has happened to him, and seeks answers, and the answers lie
in wait within "The Light". Once he has stepped into the light, he
becomes "The Ascended Elder, and knows everything, even his parents were
not his real parents, and goes to find them for the truth. He then goes back to
the temple, only to find out Prius has nick, Joseph
and Jennifer, and vows to end Prius, but before he
helps riyal to be reborn.....
Final Scene: Downfall
Jacob sees what destruction Prius has done to the city in his absence, and is
horrified, and ashamed that while he hid, Prius was
loose to cause chaos. Riyal tells him that his friends and his boss are tied
up, and the army confronted Prius, but were no match
for him. Jacob senses Prius is afraid of "The Hunter" a being which riyal says, is from the
eternal prison, which Prius escaped from. And he uses
it to his advantage. He tells riyal to take care of what's left of the army,and
he will rescue nick, Joseph and Jennifer. Jacob confronts Prius,
and propositions him, to hand over his hostages, and then dismisses his
disguise. Prius is angered, and they both trade
threats until they have a huge dramatic fight to the end, Prius
refuses to be banished but ends up dying. Jacob and
riyal are relieved and
say there good-byes.....
