SYM X:THE FINAL STAND
Scene 1:The New Age
Fade in
City:(Night)
We are drifting the city looking down on a futuristic
city street. Cars are zooming past us. People are going about there business.
We slowly to a stop on one particular building. We drift slowly down and back
to see a tall but muscular shadow. We drift back slowly to see how daunting the
shadow is. It somehow senses us. And turns its head sideways briefly. We see a
bright purple eye. Its Jacob. He lets out an inhuman growl and turns to face us
JACOB CAGE.
I... was still sleeping at the time. I had left the city,
to head to the desert. I had formed a crystal to which to sleep in. While I was
sleeping the city changed. A sandstorm had buried me where I slept for twenty
years. I didn't know the archeological people from the museum had found me and
put me in there.... Display. And that’s where it all went.... Wrong...

Museum:(Midday)
We are drifting about a futuristic museum. Ancient
artifacts and tablets are strewn around the museum. We slow to a stop on the
curator, who is in his early sixty's He is guiding a group of tourists around
stopping briefly to explain about the pieces. We follow as we get to the large
blue crystal and stop.
CURATOR
This is a very interesting piece. We had found this,
little gem just outside the wastelands. We don't know where it came from. Or
what’s inside it...
Suddenly a man burst’s his way the through the tourists
who are startled. He charges right up to the crystal. He is in his early
fifties. He ignores the curator. He points an angry finger at the crystal.
MAN
You!.....
CURATOR
Can I help...
(The man snaps his head round to the curator)
MAN
This doesn’t concern you old man.
(He turns back to the crystal and looks at it with utter
contempt.)
MAN
You took everything from me. My.... life my ambitions,
and changed me into...(sighs) You better not wake up.
CURATOR
Are you alright? Its just a crystal you know.(Laughs)
Cut to side view
MAN
(Shouts) Just a crystal? You don't know anything about
it. I know everything, about this thing.
(Looks round and stares at the crystal)
You thought you’d won. Didn't you? But my will gave me
the strength. To survive what you did to me. You better not wake up
The man walks away and shoves the curator. He falls to the
ground. The ground shakes violently. The man turns and just stares angrily at
the crystal. He walks angrily to the exit. The curator picks himself up and
dusts himself off. He stares at the crystal curiously.
CURATOR
(To Himself) I need to get some answers about this
crystal.

The Council Chambers:(Dusk)
We see we are inside the councils building. Its not the
church but somewhere new. Technology and ancient have been blended together. We
drift to the council members who now have taken human form and where clothing.
All of them are in causal clothing jeans and a black top there eyes are still
blue. We see a blue flash and we see the curator is standing in front of us. We
slow to a stop.

Patrick! What do we owe the pleasure, of this visit.
PATRICK SOLOMON
I request some information. About the latest requisition,
that we had found recently.
Grand Elder Roselle appears
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Leave us!
The four figures strike a humble pose then fade into thin
air.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
What is the information that you need, Patrick.
PATRICK SOLOMON
I need to know about the latest addition to the museum.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Ah! I knew it would be a matter of time. Before you
would, come looking for answers. I know your thoughts. But I'm afraid I can’t
answer you; You will know soon enough....

End of scene 1
Scene 2:Restless Slumber
Fade in
Motel Room:(Night)
We see we are in a run down motel room. The room is in
darkness the only illumination is the city street lights. We drift to the bed
where we see the man who was in the museum. He is smoking a cigarette. There is
a knock at the door he gets up and answers it. Its a young man he is quickly
ushered into the room.
MAN
You took your time!
MAN 2
Sorry!
MAN
Sorry isn't good enough. But your here that's the main
thing.
MAN 2
Before we do this, I want some answers. Firstly what’s
your name. Secondly what have you got against the museum?
MAN
My name is... p.. pr.. Peter Slater. What I have against
the museum, is that damn crystal they’ve got. Its cost me my...life everything.
We must concentrate. Take these energy gauntlets. They were not easy to come by... Jason
JASON BECKET
How did you know my name? I didn't say anything.
PETER SLATER
What?... I just... guessed. Anyway! Just get it done. If
anyone stands against you, take them out understand?
JASON BECKET
Yeah! Isn't tonight the annual meeting of the museum
patrons?
PETER SLATER
Yes it is! But that's not my concern is it. Just get the
job done, and you’ll be handsomely rewarded.
JASON BECKET
Don't you think you’re being a little bit over reactive.
Its just a lousy crystal(Laughs Smugly)
Peter hits Jason hard in the face he stumbles and falls
to the ground. He feels blood trickling
in down he looks at Peter while wiping the blood from his
mouth.
PETER SLATER
JUST A LOUSY CRYSTAL?! THAT.... THING TOOK EVERYTHING
AWAY FROM ME!!
Peters eyes flash dark purple. Jason looks at him curiously
as he stumbles uneasily. Peter steadies himself against the wall.
JASON BECKET
What was that? You ok?
PETER SLATER
I... I'm ok! Just go do what I've paid you to do.
Jason gets back to his feet leaves hurriedly out the door
and towards the museum. Peter walks towards a mirror. He places his hand on the
mirror and peers at his own reflection.
PETER SLATER
(To Himself) Did I just?.... Could there be.... No! It
cant be!

Museum(Night)
We are back inside the museum. We drift to a group of men
with the curator. We turn back to see Jason sneaking into the museum. He darts
behind a display cabinet hoping he wasn’t seen. We drift back to the curator
and the group of men and stop.
PATRICK SOLOMON
As you can see patrons. We have made some vast
improvements to the museum.
PATRON 1
What about the latest addition to the display?
PATRICK SOLOMON
Yes! It was not easy to come by. Luckily for our team,
that area was racked by sandstorms. And it was easy for us to dig the crystal
out.
PATRON 2
Have you made any advances in the security systems?
Especially where the crystal is situated?
PATRICK SOLOMON
Not as yet patron, but I will see to it personally
.
PATRON
Excellent. Now if you excuse us, we have an early flight
to catch
.
PATRICK SOLOMON
Of course patrons.
(Patrick bows respectively )
The group of patrons walk calmly to the exit. We follow
them and then turn to Jason who is still hiding. Patrick looks at the crystal
then turns and walks away. Jason peers out from his hiding place making sure
the coast is clear. He gingerly stands up and looks around him. He presses some
buttons on the gauntlets and they flare to life. He fires at random objects.
They shatter and fall. He turns to the crystal. He fires but the energy blast
bounces right off it. He is stunned. Patrick hearing all the noise rushes round
to see what the commotion is. He stops suddenly and looks on in horror.
PATRICK SOLOMON
What.... The artifacts.... Destroyed!
(He turns and looks at Jason)
You did this didn't you?
How could you do this, what has the museum ever done to
you.
JASON BECKET
I.... Look I’m sorry, I was paid to do this. I was only
doing my job.
PATRICK SOLOMON
Your job has just caused, millions of credits in damages.
Our head patron is due in tomorrow. How am I going to explain all this? Some...
thug had nothing better to do than commit
mindless
vandalism.
JASON BECKET
Look I...
PATRICK SOLOMON
Just go! Tell your paymaster you have done what he’s
asked
.
Patrick dismisses Jason. He looks about him disheartened.
He sinks to his knees and begins to sob. From out of nowhere we hear a
disembodied voice.
WHISPERING VOICE
Patrick!
Patrick looks around him wondering where the voice is
coming from.
PATRICK SOLOMON
Who are you? What is it you want?
WHISPERING VOICE
Look behind you Patrick.
Patrick turns round slowly his eyes are drawn to the
crystal. We see a pair of light blue eyes fading in an out. Patrick is a little
frightened but is compelled to look. And is too shocked to speak
WHISPERING VOICE
Don’t be afraid my friend, I'm not going to harm you. Yes
I can read your mind and your thoughts. I am the being that resides in this
crystal. Wait...
A bright blue flash is seen we see a bright blue figure
appear. It touches the ground and takes on a human guise. Its Jacob. Patrick
just stares at him. He shakes his head in disbelief. He shakes from his revere
and speaks.
PATRICK SOLOMON
Aren't you?...
JACOB CAGE.
Yes I am friend. I’m Jacob nice to meet you
(He shakes Patrick's hand.)
This probably has come as a bit of a shock(Laughs
Heartily)

PATRICK SOLOMON
Where did you come from? And how did you..
.
JACOB CAGE.
Get inside the crystal? Simple. I created it. I'll tell
you later, in the meantime I have to notify the council. They don't know I'm
awake. Lets go together
.
Jacob grabs Patrick in a friendly hug and smiles at to
him. Patrick relaxes a little and smiles back. A blue flash is seen and they
both disappear.

Convenience Store(Early Morning)
We drift between the aisles until we find Peter at the
liquor aisle. Jason slides up to him. Peter turns round and grunts then turns
back to the liquor. Hungrily eyeing each bottle.
PETER SLATER
Did you do what I asked?
JASON BECKET
Yeah! So I’ll take my money and go.
PETER SLATER
Fine! As you wish!
Peter thrusts a few credits into Jason’s hands
PETER SLATER
And I never want to see you again.
Jason runs out the store

Scene 3:Welcome Home
Fade in
Council Chambers(Midday)
We are back inside the council chambers. We drift forward
to see that Patrick and Jacob are standing talking to the council who welcome
Jacob by hugging him. Roselle is standing watching them and smiling.
JACOB CAGE.
Enough already(laughs)

Yes!
Roselle stands up and dismisses the others who fade into
thin air. He also dismisses Patrick who disappears in a blue flash
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Jacob!
JACOB CAGE.
Roselle. Its been a while.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Yes it has. I am surprised you’re here. I thought you’d
want, to check on Joseph and Jennifer.
JACOB CAGE.
I can sense they are fine. I've been sleeping for too
long. It was time I, checked the city out. I see the council and you took my
advice and decided to take a human form.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
It was easier for the humans to relate to us. They come
to us for guidance, or help. Many things have changed. There is no crime war or
famine in the world. We have assumed the role of guardian to the humans.
JACOB CAGE.
You’re right, things have changed. But one thing still
plays on my mind. Prius!
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
There’s no need to worry about him. He has been...taken
care of.
JACOB CAGE.
How so?
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Lets just say we have....imprisoned him.
JACOB CAGE.
I don't understand.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
There is no need for your concern. He has been dealt
with, and will not bother us anytime soon.
JACOB CAGE.
I hope for all our sakes that your right, but something
isn't right about all of this....

City Streets(Dusk)
We are drifting down the city streets. We hear some sort
of commotion coming from a nearby bar. We stop outside the bar to see Peter
being ejected from the bar he stumbles and falls. Jason calmly walks outside
and picks him up. Peter shoves him away.
PETER SLATER (DRUNKILY)
Leave me alone! I don't neesh your pity...hic... Why? Why
did he take everything from me?
JASON BECKET
Who peter?
PETER SLATER
Nev... Never mind I'm going home.

Scene 4: Bad Memories
Fade In
Museum(Night)
We are inside the museum. We drift to the crystal we see
Jacob and Patrick looking at the crystal Jacob is talking to Patrick who is
just listening and nodding in agreement.
JACOB CAGE.
So that's why I went to sleep. It was well over
due(laughs)
PATRICK SOLOMON
Indeed. So this... Prius has been dealt with. I’m sure
the council are true, to their word.
JACOB CAGE.
I hope so friend. Its been said so many times, but I've
got this uneasy feeling that won’t go away. I've got a gut feeling he’s still
here.
PATRICK SOLOMON
I'm sure that will pass ascended one.
JACOB CAGE (LAUGHS)
Call me Jacob. There's no need to put on heirs for me.
PATRICK SOLOMON (LAUGHS)
As you wish... Jacob. I’m curious what's it like, having
all that knowledge and power.
JACOB CAGE.
I can’t....
PATRICK SOLOMON
What's wrong?
JACOB CAGE.
I sense... someone.
PATRICK SOLOMON
Who?
JACOB CAGE.
Someone... Familiar...
We turn round to see Peter enter the museum. He is still
drunk clutching a bottle in a brown paper bag. He is unshaven and disheveled.
Jacob looks at him in interest as he swigs a drink from the bottle. Patrick
walks quickly up to him and drags him to his office. We follow them as he does.
He shoves Peter into a chair who looks at Patrick with disgust.
PATRICK SOLOMON
I thought I recognized you Peter. I thought I told you,
not to come back here. What you did was inexcusable.
PETER SLATER
They had to know the truth. But as always, they had my
research destroyed and fired me on the spot.
PATRICK SOLOMON
Just go!
Peter staggers out of the chair and exits the museum. We
follow as he does. He stops and turns and looks at Jacob. He peers at him
looking at him as if he remembers him. We see his eyes flash dark purple. Jacob
is horrified at what’s he just seen but
doesn’t show it. Patrick appears at Jacob’s side.
PATRICK SOLOMON
What's wrong Jacob
JACOB CAGE.
Can it be?.... No it... cant.
PATRICK SOLOMON
What?
JACOB CAGE.
I could’ve sworn that was... Probably just my
imagination. But could it be?....

Church(Night)
We are inside the city’s original church. We drift
between the Pugh's until we slow to a stop to find Peter slumped fast asleep in
one of them. The vicar comes strolling up to him and gently wakes him up.
VICAR
Wake up my son. This is no hotel, but the house of god.
PETER SLATER
Huh? Sorry father! I needed a nap. And to collect my
thoughts.
VICAR
I’m sorry my son the church is closing soon. Perhaps a
motel, would be better suited for your needs.
Peter stands up groggily and walks to the church exit. We
follow him as he does. He stops abruptly and suddenly screams in pain his arms
stretch outwards as he is in tremendous pain.
PETER SLATER
JACOB!! RIYAL!!
The pain stops abruptly we turn round to face him as his
eyes flash dark purple. He looks at himself curiously. And he is angry he
doesn't know what's wrong with him.
PETER SLATER
What the hell is wrong with me? Do I still.... No it cant
be, they saw to it. I’m sure they did but.... I need help. But will they help
me?.....

Museum (Early Morning)
We are back inside the museum. The elders are standing
with Jacob and Patrick and the police. We see them talking with the police. As
we get closer we begin to hear what they’re talking about.
POLICE OFFICER 1
We are getting more, and more reports about this...
disturbance. According to the statements and the image we’ve captured. I’ve
never seen anything like this.
The officer takes out what looks like a cell phone he
presses a button and a hologram buzzes into life. The image is a dark purple
ghost-like figure which we have seen before. Jacob and the elders are horrified
what they’ve seen. The officer closes the device and puts it back in his
pocket.
ELDER 1
Thank you officer. We will handle this situation.
The officers walk away
JACOB CAGE.
Could Prius have survived after all this time? I thought
id killed him!
ELDER 2
You did. But only the body he inhabited. His essence
still lived, but we turned his essence into the one thing he despises the most.
JACOB CAGE.
Which was?
ELDER 3
We made him... human!
Jacob is horrified and stunned at hearing this. Then
angry and lets the elder know it.
JACOB CAGE.
After all I did to stop Prius. You capture what's left of
him and change it? All you’ve done is given him a second chance, to start his
ambition for domination all over again. I need to talk to Roselle about this.

End of Scene 4
Scene 5:Dual Personality
Fade in
Mental Hospital(Dusk)
We see we are looking down at Peter who is lying on a bed
chained. We drift down and away from him as he is having some sort of nightmare
thrashing on the bed. Blurred images are seen but we cant make out what they
are. He suddenly snaps out of the nightmare and bolts upright. His eyes are
drawn to the corner of the room were we see a pair dark purple eyes staring at
him. Peter is a little frightened. A snap of fingers is heard and the lights
come on. We see Prius who is the double of Peter sitting in a chair with his
arms folded .
PRIUS
Having bad dreams?
PETER SLATER
Who...
PRIUS
I think you already know that peter.
Peter shuts his eyes as if to wish Prius away
PRIUS
Come now! You really think by, closing your eyes that I'm
simply just going to vanish?(Laughs)
PETER SLATER
What am I doing here?
PRIUS
You’re local law enforcement, brought you here. They’ve
been looking for you. You’re the one who has been causing all these
disturbances. (Laughs Madly)
Peter looks stunned and shocked. And ponders the thought.
PRIUS (CONT’D)
Don’t look so shocked. You were easy to manipulate in
your drunken state.
PETER SLATER
Listen... whoever you are. Just leave me the.... FUCK
ALONE.
Peter swings for Prius but the chains hinder him. Prius
reacts with superhuman speed and grabs him tight by the throat and looks into
Peters eyes.
PRIUS (MOCKING)
Look inside yourself. You know I speak the truth, when I
tell you were the same person.
Peter stares at himself at the mirror. He looks at
himself in the mirror and his eyes are dark purple.
PETER SLATER
Go away.... GO AWAY! GOOOOO AWAAAAY!!!

Fade in
Council Chambers(Unknown Time)
We see Jacob and Roselle arguing. Jacob is clearly upset
and angered what the council have done. And clearly lets his feelings be known
to Roselle. The other members of the council join in. But Roselle who is
sitting tells them to keep out of it by a mere hand gesture.
JACOB CAGE.
What I went through, to capture and kill Prius was all
for nothing?
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
No! You brought him to justice. But you had only killed
part of him, the body he took over. His essence which is in all of us including
you is immortal. It can’t be easily destroyed.
JACOB CAGE.
You’ve made him human. All you’ve done is, given him
another chance to start his plans all over again. Smart move Roselle
The ground shakes violently and Roselles eyes flash.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Don't take that tone with me young Jacob. You maybe an
ascended one, but to me you’ll always be human. I will not tolerate this
attitude. Prius has been severely dealt with. He is no longer an idle threat.
JACOB CAGE.
You’ve said that before, and look where it got you.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Where is all this resentment coming from?
JACOB CAGE.
I’m resenting the fact, while I slept you and the council
took it upon yourselves to dispatch you’re own justice. But that wasn't enough
for the council. You wanted to satisfy some, sick twisted desire. To watch him
writhe in agonizing pain
.
The ground shakes violently again. Roselles stands up and
walks angrily right up to Jacob and stares at him.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
You dare undermine my own decision? How dare you! If it
was up to you, Prius would be certainly dead by now. But it wasn’t your
decision to make. The punishment we gave him was clear. To make him realize
what he had done.
JACOB CAGE.
Prius won’t realize that! All you’ve done is...(Sighs)
Forget it! If Prius has come back, I'm dealing with him once and for all. And
no-one including the council will stand in my way.
Roselle just looks at him. Jacob disappears in a gold
flash. Roselle sits back down.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE(TO HIMSELF)
Good hunting...

End of Scene 5
Scene 6:The Other Side Of The Coin
Fade In
Alleyway(Night)
We are drifting throughout the city streets. We hear some
sort of scuffle in one of the alleyways we drift to it just to see the end of
the scuffle. Peter who eyes are dark purple throw’s the other person who is a
street thug against a dumpster. He is bruised and bloodied. Peter calmly walks
towards him. He raises a glowing arm at the thug who is too terrified to move.
He draws the thugs soul out and absorbs it. It has a rejuvenating effect on
him.
PRIUS
Much better!
Peters eye’s change back to normal and purple when Prius
speaks
PETER SLATER
What the....?
PRIUS
Welcome back. You see I told you we are the same person.
PETER SLATER
Did I just kill him?
PRIUS
Yes you did. When are you going to realize, that you and
I are one of the same. I am part of who you were. Little did they know that
part of me survived.
PETER SLATER
You’re lying. Your just an hallucination, brought on by
my excessive boozing. Which I'm giving up then you’ll go away.
PRIUS (CACKLES)
You really think by giving up the alcohol that I'll
disappear? You truly are misguided peter. I am no mere hallucination, get this
through you’re thick head! I am you and you are me. Different sides to the same
coin.
PETER SLATER
I’m going to the council. They’ll help me. To get rid of
you.
PRIUS
No! Don’t!
PETER SLATER
What’s the matter? (Mocking) Scared are we?
PRIUS
What do you think? They are the ones who... changed me.
PETER SLATER
Ok! If you promise to keep quiet for a while to I figure
out what has happened to me. I wont go to the council. Deal?
PRIUS
Yes... for now!

Jennifer’s Apartment Building(Early Morning)
We see a gold flash and Jacob appears. He is about to go
into the building but stops as Jennifer appears with a new man and a toddler in
a push chair. He darts behind a nearby dumpster. And watches in interest as she
goes's to the cemetery He follows and stops when she reaches a grave with his
name on the headstone. He snaps his fingers in realization what he’d done.
JACOB CAGE. (TO HIMSELF)
I’d forgotten what I'd done to her memory.
He walks to her changing his appearance to the hunter.
But a bit more human this time. He is casually dressed but wearing a long
leather coat and his eyes are bright gold. Her husband turns round and looks
shocked. Jacob nods to him to get Jennifer’s attention. He taps her on the
shoulder and she turns round.
JACOB CAGE. (CONT’D)
Don't be alarmed Jennifer.
JENNIFER SWANSON
Who are you?
JACOB CAGE.
I am known as the hunter. I know you’re thoughts, you
miss him. But to more pressing matters. I need to know if you’ve seen
anything... unusual
JENNIFER SWANSON
Well... There's this weird guy who sometimes hangs around
outside my building. It really creeps me out, especially with those eyes.
JACOB CAGE.
His eyes?
JENNIFER SWANSON
Yeah! They look as if there dark purple.
JACOB CAGE.
Do you know this humans name by any chance.
JENNIFER SWANSON (MOCKING)
Yeah I know his name. He used to work at the museum,
until he got fired. His name is Peter Slater.
JACOB CAGE.
Thank you Jennifer. I must go and find this... peter.
Jacob turns and walks away.
JACOB CAGE. (TO HIMSELF)
It better not be...him.

End of Scene 6
Scene 7: No-body....
Fade in
Museum(Afternoon)
We drift through the museum doors to find Jacob in his
ascended form. Patrick and a group of tourists look up at him in awe. He drifts
down to the floor and assumes his human guise. Patrick thanks the tourists and
gestures towards a cafe. They walk slowly discussing what just happened.
PATRICK SOLOMON
You put on quite a show there. That was... impressive.
JACOB CAGE.
It was nothing. Anything to help a friend.
An elder appears in a blue flash. He is angry
ELDER 1
Roselle wants to see you... NOW!
He forcefully grabs Jacob and they both disappear.

Council Chambers(Unknown Time)
We see Jacob and the elder appear in a blue flash. The
the other elders are there as well looking really angry. Roselle is sitting. He
glares at Jacob hatefully. His eyes flicker dark purple. Jacob doesn’t see it.
JACOB CAGE.
Why have I been dragged here. I haven't done anything
wrong... Have I?
The ground shakes so violently it nearly knocks Jacob off
his feet.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Wrong doesn’t even begin to cover what you’ve done. You
are charged by this council, of flaunting your gift to the humans.
Chains appear from nowhere and wrap around Jacobs arms
and feet quickly. So quickly he cant react. He struggles to get free. But every
time he does the chains get tighter.
JACOB CAGE.
Flaunting my gift? What are you on about! The humans know
us, and they know who we really are. Don’t tell me the council still hide in
the shadows after all this time.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
SILENCE! I will not allow you to speak ill of this
council. What we do and how we present ourselves, is entirely up to us.
So how do you plead?...
JACOB CAGE.
Plead to what? I’ve done nothing wrong.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE (ANGRILY)
Nothing wrong? Displaying your... other-self to the
humans makes them jealous, of who we are and what we can do. That's why we
remain in human form. But your recent display is a blatant disregard to that.
I’ll ask again, how do you plead?
JACOB CAGE.
I’m not going to answer that. This isn't like you
Roselle. What's wrong with you?
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
I... Jac... Enough! I have made my decision.
Roselle’s arm glows blue and dark purple. He raise’s his
arm at Jacob and fires. The energy bolt hits him hard and spasms. A ghost-like

From nowhere flames come rushing from underneath Jacob
and quickly begin burn his body. He floats away quickly. All he can do is watch
in horror. He turns to Roselle who grins psychotically. Jacob knows he’s seen
that grin before. Before he can act this other essence darts quickly out of
Roselle. Who comes to and stares in surprise then horror.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE (CONT’D)

JACOB CAGE.

Jacob realizes who was possessing Roselle

GRAND ELDER ROSELLE

JACOB CAGE.
He somehow possessed you hence the result. No need to
apologize Roselle, it wasn’t your fault you had no control over it. But I cant
find him or fight him like this.
Roselle looks at him as if to say” You can use this to

Scene 8:Lending Hand
Fade in
City Streets(Early Morning)
We are following Jacob down the city streets. He stops at
a shop window and just stares at himself. He floats towards the window and
places his hand on the glass. He looks puzzled by this and draws his hand away
slowly. He turns and continues to drift along the streets. A familiar voice
catch’s him off guard.
VOICE
I knew someday you would need my help, old friend.
Jacob turns round to see Riyal they exchange smiles
.
RIYAL
I see by this that he has survived.
JACOB CAGE.
Yes! He somehow infiltrated the council and...
RIYAL
I know old friend. But you can use this to your advantage
now. Prius can’t sense you anymore. Also you have some small physical presence.
JACOB CAGE.
How did you get here?
RIYAL
I... don't know how. You must have called for me...
somehow. We mustn’t get distracted by this. Prius has survived and is probably
making plans, to take over earth. Knowing the council they must have subdued
him and made him human.
JACOB CAGE.
They did. But his essence must have survived also. I know
how he thinks, he must have suppressed a small portion of himself. And kept it
secret from the council.
RIYAL
I know him all to well old friend. Ever since that day
three centuries ago, he hasn’t been the same person. If he is human there will
be a slight possibility he has developed a split personality. And that makes
him even more unhinged.
JACOB CAGE.
How long can I stay in this form?
RIYAL
As long as you need to. But attacking Prius this way,
would not do any good. You would only draw attention to yourself. In this form
your are strong, but weak at the same time...
JACOB CAGE.
How so?
RIYAL
Without a physical body to... protect your essence you
are in danger. The human guise you used, acts as some sort of shield. Against
any sort of attack though it may be a knife, a gun or even a bolt of energy.
But now that you’ve lost your shield as it were. You’re in great danger. You
may be able to take a few blows, but now you can... Die!
Jacob look horrified
JACOB CAGE.
Whoa! I didn’t realize that could happen. I must acquire
a new body. But if I do that Prius can sense me again. (Snap’s his fingers)

RIYAL

JACOB CAGE.
That's how we’ll draw him out. Here’s the plan. You go
back to the council, bring Jennifer and Joseph back as well. Nick’s on vacation
so he’ll be ok. Once you’ve done that protect them at all costs you have the
power within you to do this. Because I made you an ascended being. Me on the
other hand I need to find a body. I’ll draw him out by being the hunter. I’ll
ask around, make inquiries that should draw him out.
RIYAL
That’s quite an ingenious plan. Don't you think that....

Suddenly some sort of being possesses riyal
POSSESSED RIYAL
There you are ascended one. We’ve been looking for you.
JACOB CAGE.

POSSESSED RIYAL
(Laughs) Calm down my friend. I mean you and riyal no
harm.
JACOB CAGE.

POSSESSED RIYAL
I cant tell you, not yet. But soon we will meet. We will
be watching...
The being leaves Riyals body. He shakes his head and
comes to.
JACOB CAGE.
You ok pal?
RIYAL
Yes I am... fine. I thought they were...
JACOB CAGE.

RIYAL
It doesn’t matter. You will meet them soon enough!
JACOB CAGE.
Who?
RIYAL
All I can tell you they are a very powerful race. And
they have taken, a keen interest in you. And what Prius has done. He has done
the same to them, as he did to our world.. But we must stop him, his power will
grow. And he will surpass you in that aspect if we don't act now

Scene 9:Host

Motel Room:(Mid-Afternoon)
We drift into a room where peter is. He’s shouting and
swinging punches at a unseen enemy. His eyes change from dark purple to normal.
He clutches his head in pain and begins to pull his hair out. He suddenly falls
to his knees exhausted.
PRIUS
Stop trying to deny who you are. You and I are the same,
the sooner you realize that the better.
PETER SLATER
Leave me alone. I’m... pr... Peter Slater. Born 25th June
1987. Married to Mary, divorced 3 years ago.
PRIUS
I gave you those memories. For you to cope, until we were
both strong enough to bond. The more you struggle the more damage you will do
to yourself.
Prius knows he has struck a nerve within Peter who calms
down slowly.
PRIUS
Much better! Now will you listen, to what I'm trying to
tell you?
PETER SLATER
I’ll try.
PRIUS
You’ll need to do better than try. You know of the human
known as Jacob? He was the one, who defeated me. And turned me over to the
council. They knew that they couldn't destroy me. So now do you realize who we
are?
PETER SLATER
Ye.. No! I must be going crazy. You’re just an
hallucination. I should’ve given up, the booze before this all started.
PRIUS
I am beginning to loose my patience, with you. I have
told you many times I am no mere figment of your imagination.
Prius rips himself from Peters body. Who is stunned and
shocked. Over whelmed with the sudden sensation he falls weakly to the ground.
Prius turns to Peter who's eyes flash. Who is still in awe at what he sees.
PRIUS
I tried to tell you. But you wouldn’t listen. But it
doesn’t matter anymore, you have been a somewhat... useful vessel. But I have
no more use for you. I may as well tell you, what I told you was all a lie.
Well... The part you and I are the same. Were not but, you believed me didn't
you? (Laughs madly) You humans are truly are gullible. I need to find a
somewhat... stronger host.
Prius floats away and fades into thin air.

Forest(Unknown Time)
We see Jacob and Riyal appear in a blue flash. They are
puzzled by there surroundings.
RIYAL
It appears we have been drawn here. And I think I know...
Riyal is possessed again but this time doesn't resist.
POSSESSED RIYAL
Welcome... Jacob. It is now time for us to meet.
JACOB CAGE.
Hold up. Before me and riyal go anywhere, who exactly are
you?
POSSESSED RIYAL
You’re entitled to some... explanation, of what's going
on. My name is Malachi... I am part of an ancient race. We are here because
of... Prius. He has destroyed our world and now has set his eyes on your own
planet. He must be stopped once and for all. By now you sense his power is
growing.
JACOB CAGE.
What has this got to do with me?
POSSESSED RIYAL
We have been watching you. You have overcame great odds,
to subdue Prius. But your efforts though valiant were not enough.
Suddenly the forest trees bend in opposite directions to
reveal a daunting space ship. It looks ancient.
POSSESSED RIYAL
As you can see, we have been here for a long time. And we
have been waiting for you patiently. For you see... you are... The One!
JACOB CAGE.

POSSESSED RIYAL
The one being who can adapt to any civilization. And
become part of that civilization. You are human and an ascended being. Because
you chose to be.

Scene 10:Losing Ground...

City Streets:(Early Morning)
We are back in the city drifting down the streets. Peter
staggers out an alleyway weakened by Prius. People look at him in shock and
quickly get out of his way. He stumbles and falls a few times. He bumps into
Riyal who appears to be waiting for him.
RIYAL
You must be peter!
PETER SLATER
Huh?! Who are you?
RIYAL
All will become clear, once you meet the council.
Peter and Riyal disappear in a blue flash.

Council Chambers:(Unknown Time)
We are back inside the council chambers. Roselle and the
other elders appear to be waiting for something to happen. Riyal and Peter
appear in a blue flash. We drift to them and stop.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Is this what's left?
RIYAL
I'm afraid so. It appears the host, doesn't know what or
who Prius is. He filled its head with lie’s. It doesn't know the whole truth.
ELDER 1
We should kill it.
ELDER 2
It has already seen too much.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Yes it has, it must be put down... humanely.
PETER SLATER
Wait! I ain't no dog, that's sick and has to be put down.
I've been a unwilling host to this... Prius or whatever you call it. But I know
his thoughts and what he plans to do. I want to help anyway I can. Please.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Hmm! Such courage for a human.
Roselle winces in pain. The other elders rush to his aid.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE (CONT’D)
It appears I have little time left. I must choose...
Human! Come forward.
Peter uneasily goes to Roselle.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Do you truly mean what you say. That you will do
anything?
PETER SLATER
Yeah I do.
Roselle closes his eyes in concentration. His spirit is
seen separating from his body which slumps and falls to the ground. He is
absorbed by peter willingly. A bright light encloses the elders and riyal. It
quickly fades and we see Peter standing more confidently and a lot healthier
looking. And casually dressed.
PETER SLATER
I now have the means to stop Prius. I know everything
about the council, its... strange. I’m no longer human but I still feel human.
It seems we have lost touch with the humans. They only come to us. But that has
to change. From this moment on, we will no longer hide in the shadows...
agreed?
The older elders nod in agreement.

Spaceship:(Unknown Time)
We see we are in the spaceship. We drift down a corridor
to where Jacob and Riyal who is still possessed by the alien. Who leaves Riyals
body and floats into a nearby suit of some kind of armor. Which quickly comes
to life. It stands two feet taller than Riyal and Jacob.
MALACHI
We have been waiting a long time, for you to return to
us. For you see... you were once one of us Jacob. But there was something
different about you, we did not know at the time. We had ignored the signs. We
thought you were severely ill and we feared you would infect us all. That is
why you were cast to the wastelands. Riyal my old friend, you have done well
for finding him. You may return to us...Guardian.
Jacob is shocked and surprised by this. He gives Riyal a
“why didn't you tell me” look who returns the look by shrugging his shoulders.
JACOB CAGE.
What in god’s name is going on around here? First I
thought I was human, then I'm told I'm something else. Then... I'm told I am
this all powerful being. And finally I'm told by you that I am some sort of
messiah. I cant...
RIYAL
He’s going to pop.
Jacob sways uneasily. And he vomits then begins to faint
and falls to the ground hard.
CUT TO:
INT. MEDICAL BAY
We drift down from the ceiling to see Jacob lying on an
advanced medical table. Other aliens and Malachi and Riyal are watching over
him concerned. He stirs then suddenly wakes up bolt up right. Malachi dismisses
the other aliens. Jacob looks around him as he clutches his head.
JACOB CAGE.
What... happened?
Before anyone can answer a huge explosion rips a hole
through the medical bay. We see a figure in the smoke of the explosion. After
the smoke clears we see it its Prius. Jacob quickly gets to his feet. Energy
flares from Riyal and Malachi’s arms. Prius fires a huge energy blast at them
both who go flying into a nearby wall which knocks them unconscious.
PRIUS
I knew it would be a matter of time, before I would find
you. I thank you for leading me here. There essence will make me even stronger.
JACOB CAGE.
No it won’t, Prius. This ends here and now.
Jacob fires an bolt of energy at Prius but it has no
effect on him. Jacob is stunned by this. Prius returns the favour. Jacob goes's
flying into a wall and slams hard into the wall and slumps to the floor. He
uneasily gets back up. He scowls at Prius who looks at him grinning
psychotically.
PRIUS
Face it Jacob. You are no match for me. Earth will be
finally mine, you and the rest of your fellow humans will fall.
Jacob try’s again but to less affect this time.
PRIUS
Please. Now if you excuse me, I have a planet to take
over.
Prius disappears in a dark purple flash. Jacob just
stares in disbelief and just looks at his hand in disappointment. Riyal and
Malachi wake up and get to there feet.
MALACHI
What happened?...
RIYAL
Prius!
JACOB CAGE.
He... was... different. He’s got a lot stronger...
MALACHI
There is a way to overcome this.
RIYAL AND JACOB
How?
MALACHI
You must become... The One.
JACOB CAGE.
How can I? I wouldn’t even know where to begin.
RIYAL
I know... I sense Roselle has chosen a successor, but
only temporary. Peter will not be able to handle all the knowledge and power.
His body will not cope. We must get to Peter before it is too late. Prius will
now be able, to sense Peter and kill him. But he will bide his time until he is
at his most weakest.

Scene 11:Down Fall...

Council Chambers:(Unknown Time)
We see Jacob Riyal and Malachi and the elders talking.
Peter is sitting and shaking. He is in some sort of pain and winces. They all
know what’s happening to him. We hear what they are discussing as we drift to
them and stop.
MALACHI
They cannot survive this much longer.
RIYAL
Peter! You must let Roselle's essence bond with Jacob, He
is the only one who can handle the
knowledge and power.
PETER SLATER (WEAKLY)
N... No! Prius must... be stopped.
RIYAL
You are accomplishing nothing, by your actions peter. You
are not only killing yourself but are killing Roselle as well.
PETER SLATER
No....
ELDER 1
He has been this way, for a few hours now. He refuses to
let Roselle go.
ELDER 2
Roselle won’t survive if he carries on like this.
ELDER 3
We have tried to draw Roselle's essence from peter, but
we are not strong enough.
Jacob thinks for a moment.
JACOB CAGE.
I’ve got an idea. It may work. Riyal? Malachi? Take the
elders to the inner sanctum. I’m going to try and assume the form of Prius. To
pull this off, I'll need to blow the inner sanctum doors off. And one of you
will have to crawl out and I'll pull you back in. You need to look afraid if
this is to...
The ground shakes violently.
JACOB CAGE.
What the....
ELDER 1

The ground again shakes violently.
ELDER 2
He is trying to breach the inner sanctum.
The ground periodically shakes violently.
JACOB CAGE.
Peter! You need to listen, to what I'm saying. You need
to let Roselle bond with me.
PETER SLATER

JACOB CAGE.
If you don't, you and Roselle and the others will die. He
is too powerful for me to protect you all. But bonding with Roselle might give
me an edge.
A huge explosion is heard and all them are knocked of
there feet including Peter who is thrown from the chair and smacks hard into a
near by pillar he slumps to the ground. The rest of them get back to there
feet. In time to see Prius standing before them grinning. Jacob signals the
others to get behind him as he transforms into his ascended self.
PRIUS
Perfect timing. You still believe you can stop me Jacob?
You’re nothing more, than a interfering little insect who has to be swatted.
JACOB CAGE.
I’ll not idly stand by and let you do this Prius...
PRIUS
By the...
Prius fires and Jacob absorbs the blast and instantly
falls to his knees. Prius turns to Peter. His arm flare with energy. Roselle's
essence is torn from Peter’s body and go’s floating into Prius. A white flash
is seen and Patrick appears. Prius grabs him and shoves him to the rest of them
are standing. Jacob fires an energy bolt at Prius but has the affect it had
before nothing. Prius returns the favour. Prius try’s to absorb Roselle’s
essence but fails. We see Roselle’s essence float into thin air.
PRIUS
I WILL NOT BE DENIED!!
He fires at Peter who goes flying and lands with a bone
crushing thud. Jacob speaks in an ancient alien tongue and fires at Prius who
goes sliding across the floor. Jacob stares at his hand. Prius uneasily gets to
his feet. He charges at Jacob. He dodges at the last second. Prius goes running
head first into a nearby pillar. Which collapses on top of him. He bursts out
of the rubble in a murderous rage and cries aloud with pure anger. He fires at
Patrick it hits him so hard he goes flying into another pillar which instantly
falls on top of him and kills him. Jacob has seen enough.
JACOB CAGE.
ENOUGH! You want me? Fine! Leave the rest of them alone.
You want to take me on?! But you know I won’t be much of a sport, if I'm like
this. Where is the honour in that Prius!
Jacob knows he has hit a nerve.
PRIUS
Yes you wouldn’t be much of a challenge to me, the way
you are now. It wouldn't be.... honourable for you to die this way. I would
have an unfair... advantage. I will give you 48 of your human hours to prepare.
Prius vanishes in a dark purple light. Jacob goes to
where Peter is lying he senses he is dead. He then goes to Patrick. But Riyal
is already kneeling down. He rises without ceremony he turns to Jacob and
shakes his head slowly.
RIYAL
He’s dead! The impact was too great, the shock alone
would have killed him. But it was the pillar collapsing on him that ended his
life.
The elders begin to lift Peter and Patrick's lifeless
bodies away. Malachi and Riyal goes with them.
JACOB CAGE.
Where are you going?
MALACHI
I can bring them back, it may take some time to do this
though. You must go now Jacob. The temple of the ascended ones is calling you.
You must become the one!
JACOB CAGE.

Ascended Ones Temple:(Unknown Time)
We are drifting through the temple to were Jacob is
standing. He is talking to another ascended being. There are talking in a alien
tongue. Roselle appears and floats down to Jacob.
JACOB CAGE.
I thought you were gone for sure.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Our essence is immortal, or had you forgotten! (Laughs)
JACOB CAGE.
No! But the way Prius tried to absorb you, I thought....
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Prius is fool-hardy. Believing that my essence would made
him stronger, has clouded his vision. My essence is only for the one. Which is
you Jacob.
ASCENDED ONE
It is true, your true race has been waiting for your
return.
JACOB CAGE.
Why cant I remember all this.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
When you were cast from there collective being, you had
hit your head hard. Causing a memory loss. The planet had many races inhabiting
it over the centuries. When you awoke... The Ryhyila had populated the planet.
That's when you met Prius... Your brother!
Jacob is shocked
ASCENDED ONE
It is the sad truth Jacob. You and Prius belonged to the
same race. You both became part of the Ryhyila, you watched them humbly as they
grew. Prius on the other hand wanted to manipulate them. You tried to reason
with him, but to no avail. Years passed what seemed like minutes to you, as you
watched as Prius had turned them which eventually turned them into the Kiaeen.
You couldn't stand watching the carnage and decided to act. Without realizing it,
you had summoned Riyal... your guardian. The rest you already know.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Prius can’t continue any longer, we must act now if we
are to stop him. There is a test you must take, if you are to become the one.
Roselle points to a large daunting door.
ASCENDED ONE
What is inside may overwhelm you. But you must overcome

Council Chambers:(Unknown Time)
We see the elders and Malachi and Riyal standing over the
bodies of Peter and Patrick. Energy is seen flaring from Malachi. He tries to
revive them to no avail.
MALACHI
Its no good. There gone. I hope Jacob has having better
luck.
RIYAL
I... cant sense him anymore. Its like white noise. It
appears he is on a higher plane, of some-sort
Malachi tries again
RIYAL
Save your strength. Face up to the fact, that they are
deceased. Wasting your energy is not productive. We must conserve our energy
for Prius. Who I'm sure will return.
Malachi stops
MALACHI
I’m sure he will return, that’s why we must fortify the
council chambers. We must at least delay him until Jacob returns.
ELDER 1
I and the other elders will take care of it...
A eerily scream comes from the other room. All of them
rush to see what has happened. We follow them and wee see Prius standing over
the bloodied bodies of Joseph and Jennifer. An electrical discharge is seen
being absorbed by Prius. Who looks up at them grinning. The others know there
are powerless to help.

Scene 13: The Path Of The One...
Fade In
All we see is black and all we hear is Jacob breathing.
Suddenly his eyes flare blue. We see him straining his eyes against the
darkness. Trying to figure out where he is.
JACOB CAGE.
Where am I?...
A bright light beams down on him. A figure fades out from
the darkness. Its Jack or so it would seem.
JACOB CAGE.
Jack?...
JACK WALKER
I’m afraid not! I have assumed this form, so it would be
easy for you to relate to.
JACOB CAGE.
If you’re not jack, then who are you?...
JACK WALKER
I am... Seri. Your guide on this path, to become who you
were... once.
JACOB CAGE.
Why cant I see anything, apart from this light above me?
SERI
You cannot see anything, because your mind is not yet
ready to see.
JACOB CAGE.
What’s that supposed to mean.
SERI

JACOB CAGE.
Prius is not my brother! He’s become a twisted creature.
A bright flash is seen.
SERI
Good! You have taken your first step. I am impressed.

You are slowly remembering who you were.
An Image suddenly fills the blackness it is an alien
planet it is rich with life and people humanoid in nature. Jacob peers at the
image as Seri watches humbly.
JACOB CAGE.

SERI
Yes. This is were you belonged. This was the day, you
began to change. No-one of your race had such a... gift.
The image ripples to another. It is Jacob running from an
angry mob. We see his eyes are bright blue. He is battered and bruised and
bloodied. We faintly hear the cries of the mob baying for his blood. Jacob
quickly looks away

SERI
It pains you to look, but you must.
Jacob slowly turns to look.
SERI
They thought you were a threat to them, believing you had
some... incurable disease. Which would wipe them out. Little did you know that,
Prius had seen you begin to change. He was the one who orchestrated all of
this.
The images ripples back into the blackness.
JACOB CAGE.
I... Remember us arguing about... something.
SERI
You did argue, about not interfering with the Ryhyila who
were the next race to populate your planet. After your race had long gon
e.
Another image fills the blackness. We see Jacob who is
more alien this time arguing with Prius. Jacob looks on in interest
SERI
You were the more sensible one. You exercised restraint,
Prius on the other hand wanted to use them. Little did you know that he had
began to manipulate them.
Images begin to flash slowly then begin to pick up speed
until they become a blur. Jacob closes his eyes in concentration. Suddenly his
eyes snap open. His eyes flash bright blue and he looks at Seri. Roselle begins
to fade from the darkness. Jacob snaps his fingers and Roselle changes back
into his human form.
JACOB CAGE.
I know who I am now.
SERI
But so quickly...
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Yes....
JACOB CAGE.
I am strong enough to overcome, my poor brother. Roselle!
Go back to the council, the elders need you. Peter and Patrick and Jennifer and
Joseph will be alive, when you get back. I sensed they had fallen at the hands
of my brother. But they will be fine, he will not harm them until anyone
refuses to do his will.
SERI
He is waiting for you. He has taken them hostage, and
will use them as you call it a... bargaining chip.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
I will rescue them, once we are back in the council
chambers.
JACOB CAGE.
No Roselle! He would kill them instantly, if you tried
anything. He wants me and only me. Its always been me... He has been trying for
centuries, to escape my shadow. He has always been the competitive type. But I
pity him.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE

JACOB CAGE.
I was the first of my kind to evolve, Prius was sure to
follow... But finding what he did, angered him so much that it forced his
evolution.

Will you kill him once and for all, to end his reign of

JACOB CAGE.
I can beat my brother, but I can’t kill him. He has
become twisted and unbalanced. He must be stopped before he can do any more
damage. Roselle once this is all over, you may take your rightful place as

Council Chambers: (Unknown Time)
We are back in the council chambers. We drift from behind
a pillar to see Prius standing in front his hostages scowling as Jacob and
Roselle appear in a gold flash. We drift towards them and stop.
PRIUS
I thought you were too scared to come back, to face me.
JACOB CAGE.
You thought wrong... Brother!
PRIUS
So you know!
JACOB CAGE.
I do! And I've come here to...
PRIUS
To stop me? Ha! You're are misguided and foolish. I have
surpassed you in every way You are no longer a threat, or even a challenge.
JACOB CAGE.
Your wrong! I can help you brother, to free you from your
madness. What you saw two centuries ago wasn't meant for your eyes, until you
were ready.
Prius fires at Jacob who is knocked of his feet, Prius
walks over to him and grabs him by the throat and throws him into a nearby
pillar which collapses onto him.
PRIUS
What I found on those walls destroyed everything I
believed in. And my research fell into doubt. I couldn't contain the anger, I
felt inside. That's when I began to change. The power I wielded felt... good.
Jacob slowly emerges from the rubble and dusts himself
off. And walks back to
Prius.
JACOB CAGE.
The power you have has corrupted you. Your mind and body
wasn't ready, for the change it was going through. I can sense the darkness
within you. You are killing your ascended self... Rayon
Prius is surprised
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE

rise within you, changed you and a new personality emerged.
Riyal and Malachi join at Jacobs side.

against your own brother, and turned the people against him.
Prius fires again at Jacob but misses
PRIUS

Prius fires randomly while crying aloud with anger.
MALACHI
What's happening to him.
RIYAL
His ascended self is trying to break through but he's
fighting against it

Suddenly Prius stops resisting his head snaps round to
look at them his eyes are blue.
RIYAL
Rayon?... Is that you?
RAYON
Yes... I don't know how long I can keep him... ugh! He
is... too strong for me... st... stop him
His eyes change to dark purple.
PRIUS
Your plan to trick me didn't succeed. For that you will
pay.
JACOB CAGE.
Wait! Its not them who should pay brother. Its me your
after, not them. Why should they pay with there lives, for they have done nothing to you.
Prius scowls
PRIUS
They have hindered me in every way. Trying to stop me,
fulfilling my desires.
GRAND ELDER ROSELLE
Your... Desires will accomplish the destruction of life
on this planet. Life will simply be extinct, the power you will inflict on
earth will wipe out humanity. And make earth uninhabitable.
PRIUS
Enough of your babbling. It is time to face me...

JACOB CAGE.
I think it's you, who will be the one to die. But not
here. Let us go to the city.
PRIUS
A most befitting choice. So your fellow humans, can watch
me tear you apart. I will be waiting...
Prius vanishes in a dark purple light.
Jacobs turns to face them all.
JACOB CAGE.

City Streets: (Unknown Time)
We drift down the city streets. We see dark clouds in the
sky and its raining hard. We see Prius and Jacob staring at each other
wondering who will make the first move. The streets are completely empty. Both
of them are soaking wet.
PRIUS
What's the matter? Aren't you going to beat me, to a
bloody pulp? Or shall I just destroy you now!
JACOB CAGE.
I'll give you once last chance, stop this. I implore you
brother.
Prius fires at Jacob
PRIUS
NEVER!
Jacob scowls at Prius as the blast bounces off him. They
both transform. Prius rushes at Jacob and grabs him and throws him into a
nearby building. Jacob slams hard into the building which collapses onto top of
him. Prius grins but his grin turns to pure hatred when Jacob bursts out the
rubble. He fires at Prius sending him flying across the city street he grinds
hard into the tarmac slowing to a stop. He cries aloud with anger as he charges
again at Jacob who anticipates the move by firing again. Prius does this over
and over until he begins to tire. Jacob floats down changing into his human
guise and so does Prius. He goes over to him.
